1. Eligibility

Services are for authorized hotel and organization staff only
You are responsible for user access and permissions

2. Acceptable Use

No misuse, reverse engineering, or resale of the platform
No unlawful or abusive usage
No security probing or disruption

3. AI & Pricing Disclaimer

Pricing and insights are advisory
No revenue or occupancy guarantees are made
Human approval is required for all actions

4. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of your hotel and guest data
PropHawkAI processes data only to deliver Services
Aggregated or anonymized insights may be used for improvements

5. Fees & Subscriptions

Fees are as agreed in your subscription plan
Payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise
Pricing may change with prior notice

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PropHawkAI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue. Total liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 12 months.
